This bad review is not for the employees that were there because those employees were working hard. But McDonald's should have enough staff to operate properly or shut down or at least put up a sign that says "long wait". Fast food should not have an hour wait. My order was placed at 10:04 am. Order came out about 10:50am. There were a few things missing so had to go back. The last few things came out at 11:02am. I usually stay away from McDonald's unless traveling (like I was today). Next time I'll just go to a diner so I don't have to wait as long.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. We came in as a family we had 4 separate orders. Mine was placed 2nd an was just 2 happy meals. Everyone in my family got their food an was done before we got ours. We waited 25 minutes for our food. After everyone got their food I asked about ours because it wasn't on the screen. The kid working said it was on the 2nd screen an they were working on it. Then after waiting 20 minutes and people who ordered after us were getting the exact same things we ordered I asked to speak to the manager. He came up with an attitude an said they are working on it. He proceeded to go back to making orders and while doing so he was talking bad about us. And was acting like her purposely taking his time to not make our order. When he finally handed it to us he shoved it at us an said here and walked away. No apology no nothing. This is definitely not the behavior a Manger should be having. We won't be back because of him.

Ive been to this location a total of 4 times. The first two times, I was able to get my food but it was overflowing with ketchup or mustard. Not to bad though. I got my food so that's why i gave it 2 stars. The last 2 times I went there, they were closed. On their website and states that they close at 11:00pm. The 3rd time I showed up was 10:15pm and I was told through the speaker that they were closed. Why? I don't know. The last time I showed up was 9:15pm and I waited about 5 minutes before someone told me they were closed. If their hours state that they close at 11:00pm, why are they closing at 9:15pm? What even are their hours? I feel like they make it up as they go along.

I got a plain double cheese burger, it tasted just like every other McDonald's double cheeseburger. Nailed it ✔️! Customer service was a little slow for walk-ins but I think the crew is only used to drive threw. Cool art theme for a McDonald's.
