I called Mr Rooter drain cleaning service. I have a clogged main drain in my home. I was told there would be a $59 service charge. The man came out and went to the basement to see my drain He did absolutely nothing, but told me for $550.00 he would get the drain working. I was bowled over at that comment. Still he never even attempted anything but told me I owed $59 for telling me what I already knew. Outraged!!

No, we charge a flat rate fee for each service, no matter the time of day. Even if a plumbing emergency happens in the middle of the night or on a weekend our fee won’t change.

We offer 24/7 emergency plumbing services. We know plumbing emergencies are never convenient, so we do our best to get the job done quickly and efficiently. We also don’t charge overtime if the service isn’t during normal business hours.
