This company is TRASH. I had a washing machine scheduled for delivery in a time window from 2-6pm... A large window but okay so be it. We are in COVID-19 world. I received a phone call from the delivery truck at 1:10 pm saying he was between 5 and 10 minutes away. We were supposed to get 30 minutes of warning. I told the driver that I would have someone there in 15-20 minutes because he called over half an hour early and gave us no to little notice. After he said that they could only wait 10 minutes, I informed him that he was calling us super early and asked if he could wait. I was hung up on. To try to find out when I was getting my washer, I called customer service, and was transferred twice. After that I was told there was "no way to get it delivered today"... It was 2:15 pm at this point... We had almost 4 hours in the window... What a terrible experience. If I had paid for the delivery I would demand a refund, and I will be insisting that I get the installation fees waived...
