We require masks for all customers and employees, and we have reduced store capacity to allow for social distance, as well as social distance markers placed throughout the store. We are doing increased cleaning, and wellnes checks at the beginning of each shift. We also offer curbside services for those who are more comfortable staying in their car.

I had a problem with some staff members at the Glenway store. I posted a public review and the manager (of the company, not a store manager) actually contacted me privately and was more than willing to go out of her way to to see to it that my complaints and needs were addressed. She is the daughter of the owner and told me that what I experienced was not tolerated and that she would speak to the employees. I would start with a public review right here on Google or Yelp.
