Don't even bother trying to sell your kid's clothes here. After multiple times of bringing in tons of name brand, stain-free clothes (including full outfits, winter jackets, etc) just to have nearly all of it given back to me, I'm done. This is the first time I've been back since the locations management changed (due to a very poor customer service interaction). On top that, their prices have gone up, much like everywhere else, so it would only make since that they would also pay you more for your clothes but no, still out here offering spare change. It's laughable at best. You're better off using buy/sell/trade pages on social media. Save yourself the time and frustration.

I always find good clothes and items when I shop. However, selling to them is a completely different story. I’m not sure why you guys would think that $50 worth of items including a $25 pair of winter boots is only worth $9. You say certain things aren’t “in style” or it’s not up to standard, yet Half the items you sell there says otherwise. I’ve had to put back several things that I wanted because they were badly stained or had holes in them. So your logic for thinking this is okay is beyond me. Also, I don’t know if you make up your own prices in your head, but the fact that you lowball customers with a ridiculous amount says a lot about the company. So you mean you want to buy the shirt I paid $10 for, give me $2 for it and then put it in your store for… give or take THE SAME EXACT PRICE that I paid for it. Yeah, I won’t be returning. I’d rather just donate it than ever step foot in your store again.

Went there with my 2 year old daughter today, I'm currently 9 months pregnant and was there to get rid of some of her clothes and buy a swing for her brother......as soon as I walked in I was stared at and given nasty looks. Then when I brought my items to the counter they looked at me then looked at each other and continued their personal conversation........after they acknowledged I was there they spoke to me disrespectfuly and didn't even look at me......they were more interested in their conversations. Needed help carrying it and Noone bothered to help. I'll never shop at this location again. Great store. Amazing products. Terrible employees.

Edit: Went to the new location today and oh my goodness...the stains on all of the clothes were ridiculous! I have never seen so many stains in my life! Pure laziness and carelessness! I had a shirt I was going to buy that had a hole in it, glad I caught it I would have been upset. You REALLY have to check your clothes very carefully before you buy from here. They have an awful lot of "human errors". They NEVER buy anything! Oh sorry hunny this is not something we can buy it's not in style. That's what they love to tell you but I wonder if they could answer this question...if you can't buy this specific item that I have because it's 'not in style' then why is the exact same thing already for sale on your shelf if you 'can't buy it'???? Also waaaaaay over priced. Let me find out you gonna try and charge more for garanimals than Walmart. Hunny I will take my butt right next door and buy them brand new for less. Buh-bye you can miss me with that.
