Hello, first time customer. I came in today to drop off baby boy 18 month fall clothes to donate. They don't go over any policy or rules of what clothes are acceptable or in style or brands or what other customers want. I had Carter and osh brands I didn't get any cash from my clothes but they should at least give me $25 in cash or pick 5 or 7 clothes items without paying if your not going to take any of my donated clothes. I was someday going to donate fall boy pants that are just blue, red and black but if they are going to not accept I want to go somewhere else where I get a discount or money voucher or something for donated clothes. I went through the 18 month boy aisle and was curious what they sold. It was brand new, up to date clothes etc. I would like $25 /$30 cash or 6 or 8 items I can buy off from your racket without paying for them.

I have been waiting for them to sort my items and get back to me for four days.

The employees that work here are disgustingly rude. Not just a one time occurrence. Every time I have stepped foot in this establishment, I have either been blatantly ignored or they have something sarcastic or snarky to say.

I should've read the reviews before choosing to sell here...terrible service, I had name brand (osh kosh, carters) pants and tops and they claimed it was old and too worn. I literally bought the clothes last year and my boys never worn the pants. Needless to say ill never sell here again. The ladies working were very rude.

Yes we sure do! Our inventory changes every day, but we almost always baby gates in stock.
Hello, thanks for asking! Masks are required for all customers and employees, and we have reduced store capacity to allow for social distance. We also have social distance markers throughout the store. We perform wellness checks at the beginning of each shift, and have increased cleaning checklists. We also offer curbside services.

You take items in (no bedding, car seats, potties, baths, stuffed animals or socks) and fill out a short paper. You leave the items there, they sort and pull what they want then text you when your order is ready for pickup. When you go in they'll give you back what they don't want (or you can donate it to M25M), and they offer you cash for what they want. Its usually 25-50% of what they'll resell it for
