I would whole heartedly and unabashedly recommend Valley Urology to anyone that is looking for a thorough, timely, and comfortable health care experience. Before making my appointment with Valley Urology, I have to admit the reviews I read gave me pause. Well! They were clearly given at a time when Valley Urology was weathering the covid days, or by individuals easily upset by the slightest inconvenience. My experience at Valley Urology with both the Sr. and Jr. Dr. Rainwater (specifically Dr. Matthew Rainwater) was nothing short of perfection. First, I noticed that the appointment making process was easy and efficient. I enjoyed an appointment date just a few days after I initially called in. On the day of my appointment, as I entered the Valley Urology office, I appreciated that the waiting room was cool, clean, and comfortable. The reception and billing staff were pleasant and bubbly as well. I noticed everyone was quick to smile and extend to me a warm greeting (both extremely rare events these days). As I lacked insurance and was cash pay, I was obliged to fill out a bit of extra paperwork. However, I was called in to see the doctor so expeditiously, I didn't even have time to finish the paperwork! (which in NO WAY was an issue and in actuality I found quite pleasing! Of course, I had enough time to finish it as I waited in the examination room for the good doctor.) Once I entered the exam room, it wasn't more than 10 minutes at the most before Dr. Matthew Rainwater came in to see me (the nurse that came in before the doctor to ask about any allergies to medication I might have and take my blood pressure was extremely gentle and sweet). I have to say Dr. Matthew Rainwater had an excellent bedside manner and did a great job of listening to my questions and concerns. In all I was given a very thorough examination and I found Dr. Matthew Rainwater to be extremely professional. As I was in the process of paying and escorting myself out of Valley Urology, I had the pleasure of meeting the ladies in billing, all of whom were very pleasant (even the Dodger fan!). I also enjoyed a spirited and very pleasant conversation with Manuel. Manuel was one of the billing staff, another gem in the excellent and very professional staff employed by the doctors Rainwater. In conclusion, I could not have been more pleased or well taken care of with Valley Urology. I would happily and enthusiastically recommend the doctors Rainwater and their staff to anyone looking for that next-level doctor visit experience! (P.S If YOU emitt rays of happiness and warmth, and are genuinely happy to be there, wherever that may be, because you realize that today is a GIFT, and tomorrow is NOT promised, then the WORLD will reflect that warmth right back at you! Think EMPATHY, not APATHY!)

Should be fine to get your testosterone shot. One is a hormone and one is a immunologic. I believe they are referring to any immunologic type injections. It should not make a difference. But if you want to wait and postpone your testosterone shot, you can.
