My husband John, and I decided to relocate to Chicago from Denver. The first thing we did was Google “best Realtors in downtown Chicago”. Several came up in our search, but we liked what we saw regarding Carrie. She did not disappoint! Carrie is very knowledgeable when it comes to downtown buildings, who manages them and how well run they are. We gave Carrie a very specific list on what our needs and requirements were, and she listened to us. We had a very limited time in Chicago to look at condos and she did not waste our time. She was able to find the perfect home for us within two days of looking. She then followed through quickly and was able to negotiate the right price for us and was looking out for our best interests throughout the entire process. We trusted her with our closing and walk-through as we were unable to be there in person. We have successfully closed, but Carrie is still offering us help and advice when we need it, as we are still in Denver.
