Turkey came out excellent. I am happy I found Raleigh's! Such friendly and professional service. I wanted a fresh turkey, not a frozen. I have been spoiled by a store (cannot name) went bellied up! I found Raleigh's online, ordering was such a breeze. I also bought Brussel sprouts and yams. Both came out so delicious. Whole family loved the turkey and leftovers made a great turkey hash. Long Island Poultry sells live chickens (larger and a little older - easier to keep) and Agway's in Riverhead sells baby chicks in the spring. If you purchase baby chicks you must purchase 6 by NYS law. Older chickens you legally can purchase fewer.
Called them last week an ordered one, I think they said $8.99 per pound. Got one last year and it was the BEST!
