I ride here often when it's open in the spring, summer and fall. Love it every time. One thing to watch out for though, ticks!! Make sure you have repellent. I highly recommend Nantucket Spider tick and bug repellent.

My favorite trail sistem. Really fun, flowy trails with nice curves. If you have something technical in mind, Hempstead harbor is a better place

Definately no. Great trail for mountain biking, due to it's design maintenance and prohibition of motorized bikes.
