Horrible service! I know organizations are short staffed, but they have no excuse for their horrible turn around time. Called and left several messages, played phone tag with someone for over a month and finally was able to talk to someone who told me “they probably aren’t calling you back because you didn’t complete an application online”. I literally called this company to understand their process. Real professional! Filled out online application, got response that it would be reviewed within 72 hours. 10 days later I finally got a call back ( two months after my first call to this company) to ask me the same questions I completed on their online application. Took my information and told me someone would review my information and email me next steps. Within one minute, I got an email saying I was decline because I make too much money. Which they obviously knew while on the phone and just couldn’t tell me then. Emailed back stating I just got an increase in pay and when I first called (two months ago) my pay was significantly less - still no response back. Don’t waste your time with this joke of a company. So unprofessional and absurd turn around time for anything. Wish there was a zero star.

Great job
I don't know
They weren't unable to help me with my workman's comp claim and wanted a fee to refer me to someone who MIGHT be able to.

No they don't like i just posted you will be proud of yourself you can do this better than them just go to law library and it takes time but you can represent yourself . Trust me their ignorant.
Do you know what it is or where I can find it? I've googled everywhere I can think of.
Who did you speak with?
I can probably answer that one they cannot even help with domestic abuse.
I believe if you call the telesca building they do have different types of lawyers it wouldnt hurt to try.
You need pictures before and after
they may.. you can also get free help from the clerk library at the court house.
well legal aide society is a resource for helping people with legal questions.. to qualify for a legal aide people have to be indigent.
Most likely there is
Go to the clerks office on the second floor for those matters.
Yes
I believe that everyone should be precaution about after February, tenants my get charged full rent.
It might get transfer to the new owner. To be 100% sure call legal aid. One of the people who answers the phone will know where to direct your call
I believe they do. I would absolutely call Legal Aid and ask them, just to make sure.
I would think so. It's certainly worth calling them and asking
I'd rather you call tomorrow morning to get clearer explanation, most reviewers are not lawyers.
The best thing to do is call them and ask. You have to financially qualify for help.
