Please don’t waste your time the manager and bankers are having zero respect to customers they told me to wait 1-2 hours to make a wire transfer. While I was waiting they were just drinking coffee and not working. After one hour they said you don’t have an appointment please come with an appointment.

Do not come to this branch. The tellers have zero respect for the customers time and could care less about expediting an important issue. I literally just stood there for 20 minutes waiting for a teller to get somebody on the phone . Use your brain and think outside the box about how to get somebody on the phone do not have your customer standing there for 20 minutes not knowing what the hell is going on. Terrible terrible customer service

They told me to wait to talk with a banker and after 20 minutes told me they can't take me because I don't have an appointment. I'm here because someone try to get money out of my account and I waited on the phone for 42 minutes and nobody answered. 2 hours later and I still trying to fix this.
