Rude staff member !!! Horrible treatment!!

So poor customer service, and so rude communication I ever seen, they did help us at all. Our new ATT service line that we bought was supposed to be activated with in 2 hours, but it was not activated even after 25 hrs when we refered back to the store they were even not accepting their own e-receipt. The black guy was completely out of mode and was so rude, they were neither helping with activation, nor cancelling the deal and instead they sent us miles away to Union City saying that they may help us, I am totally irritated if I don't receive any help here I will sue them for all the trouble that they given to me.

I brought my Samsung phone to be activated. The activation went reasonably well and they explained different functions of the phone and various settings so they were helpful about that. After using the phone for about a week I decided to port over another number to the account. An employee and the manager both incorrectly told me that I would have to open a new prepaid account and pay an additional activation fee. I called ATT customer service and they said that was not the case. I could keep my existing prepaid account and simply port over another number to the account without having to pay a second activation fee. When I brought this up with the manager, he did acknowledge his mistake.
