Used T.T. For medical transport and was 45 minutes late for the first ride. The second ride I had to find alternative transportation because they were already a hour late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not to mention our first driver was a very unsafe driver. My husband had to grab the wheel a few times to avoid a accident. She (driver) said she was the best driver the company has!!!!

I am greatful for a cab service that will come to Corning from miles away. They got me home from the ER. They certainly are alot better than the cab service we had that went out of business. They treat you decently. Thank You.

If your lucky they answer the phone. If your even luckier the cab will show up in a reasonable time frame providing they show up at all. No phone call taking you no cab will be there. Just leave you hanging. For seniors,disabled etc Those who have no other way of transportation what would you expect them to do? Call the emergency taxi or walk most can't walk only short distances. Those that need assistance walking. Take from my review what you wish. I did it because I've been deserted 2x now 2x to many. Mr Redder never have any issue with keeping up with reliable cars, hired more help if needed., treated his driver's and all his employees like family. Customers need top priorities Without them you get stuck with what you give.

They always pick me up on time and I get to all my appointments on time maybe they Dont like the way you talk to them and treat them be nice it goes along way!!!, have a nice day
Well it's one of the best companies I ever took in my life the respectful except for one dispatcher she got a real dirty mouth.. I wanted to reach their phone smack her one. Other than that the company is the best
