horrible billing office. For simple blood work, they billed huge amount and labeled as outpatient. Ridiculous, need to call and wait hours to correct tiny billing problem. Try your best to avoid this facility!!!!!!! Ridiculous place and health care facility. Hope they close and go bankrupty to relieve the patient! Stay away from this horrible place!

The Main Hospital has signs all over as a designated smoke-free zone. It is NOT ENFORCED. The signage is a waste. Breathe while entering the Hospital and/or walking/waiting for the bus/ride share at your own peril.

I don't live near this hospital, and I have not been back there in almost 2 weeks. As a result, I can't answer the question.
Yes there is one located at the front entrance of the hospital just to left before going up the stairs.
Try calling in and asking for your records. I believe you'll have to sign a release form in person
