I just want to say that I had a very good response from Jamie in service. My Legacy was due for a 60,000 mile service. I called four dealers, and had quotes ranging from $650 to $1,450 for this service. Jamie was very courteous and quick to give me a breakdown of what was included and total cost. I went to another dealer whose service was $300 less, then ended up being charged more to get the differential service that was included on Jamie’s quote. I admit that I was so tired of dealing with trying to get this done, that I gave up and had not asked for itemized estimates from all the dealers. I thought a 60,000 mile service would be standard from all dealers. So, that’s on me. However, because Jamie treated me respectfully and professionally, I will return to Simmons Rockwell for service in the future.
