Nothing Bundt Cakes

If you consider going here, take note of poor management that does not communicate with employees. A friend of mine was recently fired here after a customer left a bad survey. Note, this is something one customer said. There were no previous offenses or any warnings. They received no warning, no person-to-person communication, or no explanation. All they received was a text saying the manager decided to let them go. If a company lets one poor survey dictate the integrity of their staffing and staffing numbers, it shows a simple lack of unprofessionalism. All in all, this place has an utter lack of poor management.

I went in there on Saturday. Service was horrible.. I went in there to purchase a red velvet bunt cake... When we walked in there the employees didn't say a word to anyone. They just stared at us. Made us feel some type of way.. Like we wasn't good enough to be in there... Then I finally decided to get the cake and that little girl behind the counter was so rude. Then when I checked out the lady with the blue scrubs,. I told how rude that little girl was and she just looked at me and didn't say a word. I sure won't be going back to your place. This is so unprofessional.... Rude is not the word for this. The way they treat people in there is horrible. The service that we got don't even deserve a 1 more like a 0... Your cake is good but if you have to get treated that way-- There are more places that make bundt cakes then to have to go into a place and be treated that way and so rude. Doesn't make any sense. The comments that I have read are just about the same thing.

I happen to be in the Lafayette area recently and visiting this shop for the first time. It was kind of last minute decision but the best stop I made. I called to check availability of a large cake. It was not available, however they were so helpful in helping me out with those fantastic mini’s. The mini cake turned out to be the best idea for a special personal gift for my besties. The girls that work here are so helpful and kind. Even helped me to find the best boudin. Thanks a million. I will be back.
