The Blake at Lafayette features multiple floor plans for its living spaces, all of which are predesigned for the comfort, care, and convenience of our residents. As such, the option for individual home customization is not available.

We are proud to offer four different floor plans for our assisted living residents and two different floor plans for our memory care residents. Our assisted living floor plans range from 417 sq. ft. with 1 bedroom to 778 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms. With any of the four plans, you also have the option of a balcony. Our memory care floor plans are 317-317 sq. ft with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and the option of a balcony. Please give us a call to learn more!
Yes, our visitation is open in accordance with state and local guidelines.
All three meals are provided by our chef & in-house culinary department in our spacious dining room. We have a menu to order from with many options to choose from.
Unfortunately, Medicare does not cover living a senior living community. We are a private-pay community that will help you with your long-term care insurance & applying for VA benefits.
