Love the atmosphere. The staff, they're very welcoming. The facility is kept cleaned and disinfectanted. Absolutely love the treadmills!

Great value for what you pay each month. Great additions/changes! Still waiting for a dedicated rowing machine.

Best place to go services is great and employee service is perfect they are nice and very clean and organized and well friendly as a teen I didn't know what to do at first but they didn't mind recommending you in something easy I don't have a membership but I am using the summer teen pass I enjoy going there now but I still have bad anxiety being by myself so I would also bring a friend

I just canceled my account the assistant manager was rude. I recently just started back working and had a balance, well two of the team members understood and let me put something on my account and let me work out, but he was just so rude oh you can’t work out with a balance, I was like i know I have a balance, I came put $50 on it the day before, it’s like he didn’t care, but was quick to let me cancel my account. Shows how much he care about money than trying to help someone get in shape. I even purchase gear to show I’m support the business and grateful they were willing to work with me.

What is the youngest age that someone can exercise at the gym with parental supervision

Planet Fitness | Sep 30, 2021

Hi there! You can join PF starting at the age of 13 with a parent/legal guardian’s permission. If you have any questions about our policies, feel free to give us a call. Thank you!

I like this place, it is clean and beautiful, but there is a big problem, the problem is that they changed the schedule and it is no longer 24/7, I will have to cancel the membership because my job is not fixed and I need a GYM 24/7. For when 24/7??

Planet Fitness | Sep 30, 2021

Thank you for reaching out, Elvis! We completely understand the necessity of keeping a 24-hour schedule. Right now, many of our clubs are enforcing adjusted hours during this time to assist in maintaining a sanitary environment for our PF family. This provides the time to perform more thorough cleaning without having to wait for or interrupt our members during their workouts! Many locations are following local guidelines for operating hours as well. We hope you understand! If you'd like to know if the club has any plans to adjust or readjust operating hours in the near future, you can always feel free to give them a call to ask!

You have to go together

Why aren't the parking lot lights on at night ,just at Planet Fitness ,it is very dark

kathy stutes | Oct 1, 2018
James Walker | Oct 1, 2018

That is true but then again I guess you get what you pay for. Its only $10-$20 monthly whereas most gyms are at least $40.
