I did not actually purchase any items from Red Oak, but called there looking for a specific tree for my wife's birthday. I was having trouble finding this tree anywhere in CNY this time of year. Tom at Red Oaks was able to find one in a day! I was able to get something else a little closer to where I live, but the customer service and knowledge Tom had was great! Hi Judith, so you should only water everyday in the 90 heat of summer. Standard watering is 3-4 times a week under normal conditions. Please call Tom at the office and he can assist you. Thank you. 315-672-3055
