Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I also love the wide variety of bike supplies and clothing to choose from.

I'm going with 3 stars because the customer service was incredible. The help I received was very much appreciated. That being said, I had my bike there for a level 2 tune up, I did notice once I got home the wheel was still a little untrue. I also took it to Greek Peak yesterday for my first ride after the tune. I ended up asking the bike tech there what he thought of the service and he suggested that it was "quickly and not carefully done" which is really upsetting because I did enjoy my visit. My jockey wheel on my derailer isn't sitting straight and I didn't thrash it around or anything like that before taking it out. Although I know you can't guarantee straightening a derailer, I would have liked to been notified at least on pick up so I can explore more options for the future and just keep an eye on it. I can't say whether or not I'll be back, I've got big trust issues with bike shops with my most recent experiences and I think its worth while doing some research and learning how to do it myself.

Awesome place. Staff are excellent very helpful and knowledgeable about the bikes and products they sell. Definitely recommend this place if looking for a bicycle or accessories. Best in Syracuse by far

Zak was extremely helpful and patient helping me pick out new bike shoes, and he did not make me feel at all intimidated or embarrassed that my equipment was 15+ years old, or that I didn't know what kind of clips were on my pedals. He fixed me up with new cleats, told me to bring them back if they weren't the right kind, and recommended cycling socks as well. I bought three pairs, and already love them. It was a very enjoyable experience, and I made out much better than I anticipated in these times of scarce supplies and staffing shortages. The best stop I made all day!

Thanks for the question. We do not install gas motors/engines on bicycles but we can install certain aftermarket electric drive systems. We also offer a large selection of ebikes.
They sure do. Their website shows all the bikes and parts they have available
I am sure they could help you. They are a large shop. I had a good experience when I went to purchase my checkpoint.
Same as most...must wear a mask, keep distance, and they have sanitizing stations around the store
I don't know but they have a extensive variety of all types of bikes
I know they do it with bikes that they sell, I would be very surprised if they weren't willing to do that if you brought your bike into them
Hi Janet. Thanks for your message. We do carry three wheel adult trikes. Both upright and a recumbent version. Please stop in anytime M-F 10-6pm or Sat 10-5pm. Thanks!
Hi Christopher. Thanks for your message. We do not represent the Diamond Back line, unfortunately. They are typically found in big box or sporting good stores. We do carry similar models from Trek, Cannondale and Santa Cruz. Builds and prices vary greatly but we almost always have a bike for everyone. Please stop in at your convenience and to learn more or take one for a test ride. If you’re set on Diamond Back, check their websites dealer locator to find your closest authorized retailer. Hope that helps!
Hi there, Dawn. We're happy to hear you're moving up! We do trade-ins on a case-by-case basis. I encourage you to stop by the shop with your Trek and we can see what condition it is in and discuss options for upgrades. If you have any further questions, feel free to call the shop at (315) 446-6816.
Hi Phyllis - Thanks for the message. We do repair all makes and models as long as we have access to the necessary parts. Only in the case of ebikes does that become sometimes a challenge. If you could get the ebike in here, so we could have a look, that would be a great start. Look forward to seeing you soon.
Hi John - Thanks for your message. We do stock Adult trikes, both traditional and recumbent versions. Basic model starts at $499. The most common is the traditional style with 3spd and coaster brake kit which retails for $649. Please stop in or give us a call if you have any additional questions. Thanks!
Hi Nancy - Thanks for your message. We do offer the Sun Bicycles recumbent line. Currently, we have the Sun EZ-Tri Classic recumbent trike on the floor. There are many different models offered within the Sun line and most can be ordered in and assembled in less than a weeks time Stop in when convenient and we'd be happy to go over the available recumbent options. Thanks, Paul
Hi Linda. Thanks for your question. It’s tough to decipher exactly what you’re asking from your message but I think, you’re asking if we service bicycles purchased elsewhere. If that’s the case, we absolutely do. Please stop in with your bike and a tech will put it in the stand and go through it with you on the spot. Most work orders are completed in 24-48hrs, short of those requiring special order parts. Please stop in. Thanks again!
Thanks for the questions. A Madone 4 can likely only accommodate up to a 28mm tire.
I dont believe they do, Your best option is to call them and ask
