Called ahead of time, as I have Tricare and my military ID expired and lost, forseeing that would be a problem. Was told it was fine and could be looked up with the sponsor's ssn. After waiting a fair amount of time it appeared that was not the case and I couldn't be seen. My problem is not with not being seen, but with being given the wrong information and making a trip for nothing.

Get there they won’t provide a mask and you can’t be seen without one. Awesome have to leave and go buy one. Spend an hour in the waiting room to be told they won’t see me after being here last month because I don’t have my insurance card. Biggest waste of space and people!

From the time we went in the receptionist was wonderful, the wait was short, the nurse was friendly and dr. Rich was awesome with my daughter! The office was beautifully decorated and spotless!!! Thanks for a great experience!

Everyone took the time to really listen and treat my sons condition. They were all very understanding and thoughtful. The nurse brought him a blanket when he was chilled and gave him treats after his blood work. The practitioner took the time to explain the testing she ordered and what the results may imply. She was very patient. We did not have to wait after our arrival and the office is cleaned and decorated nicely. Bonus that there is a lab on site!

We can do STD testing for GC and Chlamydia. Other STD testing is done at the discretion of the provider, given the patient’s situation.

If you do not have insurance, we have a self-pay office fee for $75 per visit. We would be able to refill your thyroid medicine.

Who are the doctors /pa's who attend to the patients? Do they do their own blood tests?

Call ahead to check availability of specific Drs or PAs onsite at the time of visit. The wide range of hours the site operates on requires a rorating schedule of personnel. Blood tests are ordered based on insurance allowances usually, labs dictated by insurance. Call with your insurance information for specific details

Do they take united health care community plan?
