Worst experience buying something in my life. Ordered 2 chairs in January still haven't recieved the 2nd in September. They never called to tell me it kept getting moved out. When I did recieve the first chair it did not function right. They had to fix it which took over 1.5 months. When you share your concerns about their company they are rude. Go anywhere to buy other then lazy boy.

IF THEY DON’T HAVE IT IN STOCK RUN AWAY! Ordered a new chair in Feb 22. The sales liar said it was shipped from the manufacturer and would be available in early June. June came with 0 communication from anyone. I called and was first told that I wouldn’t see anything until November. When I asked them what happened and didn’t sound happy they “looked into it further” and said they had one coming in in late July that I could have. Well, it’s August. My wife called and was told that there was a “delay due to weather.” So, another lie. Just got off the phone (first call from sales liar since he took a deposit in February) He said October was the newest lie he could manage but had no answer for why no communication and the three previous lies. When I asked if they could discount the item at all for the lack of action and honesty on their part, he said there was nothing he would be willing to do and agreed with my statement that my only option was to take abuse from a company that does not value their customers experience. I will never make the mistake of shopping here again.

We ordered living room furniture in April 2021. At first we were told it could be 6 months so we expected it to arrive Oct/Nov which was ok. We then received notice that it would be Jan 2022. Since then, after numerous calls, the delivery keeps getting pushed out another month - we were told end of Feb, then March, April and today I'm told we "should" have it by the beginning of July!!! Supposedly the furniture is ready and just waiting for shipping. When I asked to have it shipped sooner since it's been over a year, I was told they have no control over when it will arrive. I then asked for the regional manager's phone number and was told "no". I asked to have the manager call me but I doubt he will even get the message at this point. I realize Covid pandemic has caused delays but waiting over a year for furniture is ridiculous! My advice is to avoid La-Z-Boy Furniture at all costs!!

They have hand sanitizer availible and lots of space to keep guest far apart. Sanitizings seem to happen regularly because the store always smells clean.
They already had 1. Don't know if they have more. Sorry. 😕
