The hire children and don’t seem 2 train them well. The young boy that was guiding me onto the guilds rail held his hand down low and uses 1 finger 2 guide you, I look 2 the older man for guidance the I hit the rail and the kids direction get worse from there. Then if you call with a complaint the tell you it’s your fault. There is small damage 2 my rim but wouldn’t be able 2 prove it happened there so I’m not even gonna try. I have a monthly plan there I will be canceling it. I understand the r children and are new 2 the work force but please give them better training and teach them pride in there work that will help them down the road.
