This was terrible service we ordered ahead and they didn't give us our food and would not give us our money back. They were rude and said to deal with it and called us some very disrespectful names it was very sad what they did in front of our small children. They were starving from a long drive in and they love KFC. Sad Sad Experience.

This is the nastiest KFC. Floor was sticky, counter & tables were full of crumbs. Someone was wiping tables & trays off but the rag & the method used made me walk out with just a soda. I shouldn't hv even drank the soda

Used the taco bell side. Very friendly service. Food exactly like you like it. And it's reoccurring. Same good food, every time so far. Management had their employees well trained in customer service. In and out fast, through the drive through.

I have the same question, Yolanda. If you run out of something, get more next time. Really, how hard is that?
Horrible. This is one of the worst KFC/Taco Bell locations. Either you're going to get an attitude from one of the employees or you will wait for food that isn't fresh or both. I've been here several times in the last few weeks picking up delivery orders and I haven't seen one single surface sanitized or a single pair of gloveless hands washed or sanitized either.
