Would not recommend. My med provider is completely unprofessional and not compassionate in the slightest. I had to practically beg for basic care and still wasn’t given it. Closed my case due to patient neglect and blatant disregard for my best interests

Intake number to Clean Slate in Sgfld area 413-736-1458. They have many other locations in other towns in the Valley. Also Habit OpCo/CRC, in Sgfld, is mostly known as a Methadone Clinic, but the Dr there treats with Suboxone as well. I do not know if you do your intake,medicine Induction, & regular visits at the actual Methadone Clinic or if they keep the Suboxone program and clients seperate at another office (bc I've heard the Suboxone clients are treated at the program Drs private practice office, seperate from the Methadone clinic, but I'm not sure how accurate that this. It's not far-fetched though bc Suboxone isn't just prescribed through "clinics"...It can be prescribed by a Dr in private practice/office- so long as the Dr has received the training to do so. I prefer private practice over clinic based, but I'm just 1 opinion. Good luck! There's help 😉
