Thoren Optical & Safety Products is the best optical store that I have ever went to for glasses. The customer service is excellent from start to finish. Their optical knowledge is out-standing. The visible inside and outside of the company is incredible. After many years of going to a place for my eyewear, I have never been so impressed. If you want to see excellence, come to this store!

We take MassHealth standard plans for eyeglasses but not for eye exams. You must come in with a current prescription to order glasses.
Hello Caroline, Yes, both Larry & Kerry worked for Kens' Eyewear in the Northampton location for many years. All of the Kens' Eyewear locations were sold in April 2019. Larry & Kerry moved on in June 2020 to Thoren Optical & Safety Products here in Chicopee. We do not have old records from Kens', but could get them if needed. We are happy to have you come see us and get the same customer service you received at Kens' Eyewear. Please call us before coming to set up a time, as we are seeing people by appointment due to Covid -19.
