Always friendly to me and my son. The only things that I dislike is the charge for someone who I write a check for has to pay $15 to cash it (or $10 whatever it is, it’s wrong) and the charging to go below $100 in your account unless you pay $5.99 a month charge. That’s ridiculous. Besides those things, people are great and I miss Terry! Lol thx

Natalie and Ashley are very professional and persistent. The system was not working but Natalie found a solution and got my accounts squared away. She even stayed late past close to make sure everything was all set.

Teller seemed aggressive and rude. I come to this area often but don’t plan to return to this particular branch and don’t recommend it if you want fast or pleasant service

Extemly slow service . I had to wait in line over a half hour. They wanted to change me $10 to cash a check from their bank.

@Donald beans, even if that's the excuse they could let the customers know considering we also have to drive in said "freezing" rain to even find out they're closed. And if you check Facebook they haven't had their lobbies open since at least Friday. Asking for some form of consideration does make me insensitive to the employee's safety... businesses need customers to pay those employees and they don't keep customers by disregarding them without notice or painting them as monsters for wanting some firm of customer service...duh
