Just visited (3/31/19 @ 1:30pm) the Sunoco in Williamsburg on Pocahontas Trail to fill up the car with gas and replace our propane tank. The guy working there claimed they didn’t have any propane and wouldn’t refund us for the empty tank. I don’t believe either was true - he was just too lazy to go outside and open the cage to get a new tank for us and didn’t want to figure out how to process a refund for the empty tank. This is really poor customer service - won’t be shopping there any more.

My new favorite gas station. I go out of my way to stop here and fill up. It's so refreshing to stop at a clean, well kept station with good customer service. New owners have definitely made a difference! Awesome job!

Verses paying the price of gas on Richmond Rd I make it a point of getting my gas at this Sunoco where I know I will get the best price. I always feel safe especially at night. Always clean inside. Nice to see an owner take pride in his business. I
