The store closes at 7:00 pm est and it is not a good place to go out for late night eating. Because of the time it closes

We were there at 7:13pm on a Thursday and hours said until 9pm. When we called "Hello" to see if anyone was there taking orders for the drive thru someone yelled at us they closed at 7pm

Ordered four pieces of chicken at the counter and stood there for 15 to 20 minutes looking at the chicken in the warmer while customers after me ordered more and less then I did and they were getting served while I just stood there. And let's not forget I had to use the bathroom and the floor was soaking wet because somebody without cleaning the bathroom properly first and then spraying it down with a water hose, only used the water hose leaving feces running down the toilet and probably all over the floor with all the urine. Other than that the chicken was perfect mashed potatoes were good not enough gravy though and the coleslaw is always good. Just wondering why after everything I still ate there?😱

Wish I could give zero stars. Made a detour from my travels to get some KFC only to find the door locked and no one in sight even though there is a sign on the drive thru and front door that said “Lobby open until 9pm” note it was 7:40pm when I got there . So I pulled up to the drive thru and the girl working at the time didn’t greet me in a pleasant way. I asked if they were open and she paused for about 10 seconds (which I can tell she was probably making a smart comment to her coworkers) then she responded in an annoyed and sarcastic tone “yea we’re open, the drive thru not the lobby” . I was so turned off that I drove off and went across to Wendy’s where the worker there was surprisingly very polite and kind. Definitely won’t be stopping at this KFC again and would not recommend.
