I've been a customer of Firestone for over 30 yrs. But that ended with my first and last visit to the Raymore store. I've used other locations in the past. For my personal truck and cars and my company work truck. Took my truck to Raymore Firestone for humming noise driver side front-end. Oil change front back breaks. Check front-end alignment and tire rotation. Got a call 4 times thru out day cost went from 1800 to 3k. Last call was mechanic said the drivers side hub and bearings needed replaced. After they test drove it. I asked them to stop. Payed for what they did and drove away with the same humming as when I came in. You would think while they were rotating tires replacing breaks doing a front end alignment and being told drivers side is humming a pro would start looking at the drivers side. But instead started with passenger side. I know these guys work on a per job rate. You'd think they'd be professional enough to look the whole job over before calling 4 times with more work they need to do . Pretty disappointed for the first time in 3 decades. Driving away after spending 2300 hundred and still having the same problem. Prices are high on everything you'd expect better and more professional service from Firestone.

I admire the female manager that runs this shop. She knows what she is doing. And her staff continue the level of service when she’s off work. Firestone is lucky to have her. And she does need more staff. I moved to Oregon and luckily found another Firestone that has the same level of commitment as this woman manager does here. I miss her. The female manager excels at her job and is a role model how other Firestone’s should be ran. I never cared for Firestone before a chance visit at this location in Raymore, Missouri.

Still 5-stars, but at the time of this writing (Sept 7 2022) they are woefully understaffed. Firestone Corporate needs to get some more people in there!
