It's not gourmet food but Cook Out always hits the spot for the best $$$$. Everything here was hot and fresh by fast food standards. Seriously good stuff. And the best customer service. Everyone there was friendly and got the food out quickly! Most cookouts have chill staff but this place def does it right.

Your parking lot is an absolute cluster, other locations aren't like this! Your food is good and service is good value for the money, but I'll enjoy it in Gloucester, Norfolk, and VA Beach. But this location was never meant to have a drive thru as it use to be a pizza restaurant.

Always consistently good food no matter what location I've been to. Not sure who would want an eggnog milkshake though, but if you're into milkshakes 40 different flavors should satisfy you.

Incredibly disappointed but foolish of me. This is their representation of a "BBQ plate special". Laughable in the worst way. Fries were dry and bland. The nastiest Cole slaw I have ever had🤮. Took a spoon taste and immediately spit it out. And that's a clump of "pulled pork". Ha! Looked like uncooked ground meat. Yes it's 4.99 but seriously??? This was my 2nd time at a Cook out restaurant. I can live the rest of my life not going back. I'm cooked out!
