Used it a few times and the nurses were good, however was there today and nurse today was a greety and irogent guy, there was like 3 paitiants waiting and none treated and he let us all wait a while and then came out and told us to leave as he's closing because we need an appointment well the checkin system didn't require it, he saw us before and if he would tell us to make appointment before closing we would still be able to do one online but because he let us waiting an hour we missed that. So basically he was trying not to treat us and was willing to serve and work at all.

I went for fasting blood work. The phlebotomist attempted to draw my blood. She kept poking and prodding because she said it was coming out too slowly. Then she stuck me in another vein with a butterfly needle and nothing was happening. I started to lose confidence in this woman's ability and told her to stop. I left with incomplete bloodwork ordered by my endocrinologist. I have been there many times for bloodwork and I have never ever had anything like this happen to me before. I will not use that lab ever again. Plus the office smells when you walk in. Seedy place.
