I came here after being rear ended and the customer service was excellent as was the work. I had to wait about a month for parts, but that's unavoidable with the shortages right now. They did a great job on the actual repair. They washed the exterior and cleaned much of the interior. They were communicative and always polite and friendly. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

0 stars would be given if at all possible. Paid out of pocket to have a brand new front fender replaced due to rust. Was told it would be warrantied for life. Here we are 4 yrs later and having rust issues all over again. Dale Eaton says I will be paying out of pocket until his parts supplier deems the product poor quailty after its shipped for an evalution before warranty is covered. You got me for $1800 this time but I promise you'll never get it again. I would like to see some feed back back for everyone to see

Excellent, professional treatment!… Customer Service, friendly and fast, updated the process of repairing my wrecked vehicle….they made my vehicle look brand new…they cleaned the inside, washed and waxed it…on a scale from 1-10….10 being excellent…I give them a 15…that’s how happy I am with Collision Repair!
