These sorry motherf#%^*!s can’t secure their delivery by taking a couple more steps and putting my package at least ON the porch? Left my package on the walkway leaned against the steps! I come home and my brand new motorcycle tire just sitting there on the walkway where anyone could walk off with it! Delivery personnel seem lazy and careless. The FedEx company (at least in Bismarck, North Dakota) are just as pathetic for not fixing these issues! I’ve never seen a company have so many one ⭐️ reviews. But I personally understand why now!

My account states to LEAVE my packages at my door, they can’t even do that SIMPLE task. How can they not follow directions. This is pathetic I HATE fedex with a passion I have nothing but issues with them.

Got a package to send that had plenty of bubble wrap inside and couldn't fit anymore . Was told it wasn't enough and would refuse to accept the package even though it was properly packed . The lady said "I'm refusing to accept a package from you " . As soon as she saw me she came up to me and opened the box to check the contents and just flat out refused and would call other fedex center to deny my package . Ummm I have a return label with fedex name on it . Horrible customer service . Didn't even offer a solution or anything just deny me service

Serviceable expedited delivery, not bad. Tips for using FedEx. ALWAYS over protect your product. You do not have enough packing material stuffed in there. I don't care how much you used, you need more. If you value the item you better buy the insurance. CONSIDERING EMPLOYMENT? TLDR; Actually not a bad job If you can handle high pressure! FedEx corporate really seemed to care about their employees. Full disclosure: Worked for FedEx until 5 years ago. I'm sure quite a bit has changed. This is purely anecdotal. After being employed for 4 years I was let go, The reasons were fair. I was not a good fit. That said, at the time, FedEx really did treat their employees like gold. Good pay with great comprehensive and affordable benefits of all types. Lots of opportunity for training and advancement. Paid attention to employee wants needs and opinions. Plenty of perks, contests and cool opportunities. If you're good under stress, physically in shape and have a good memory, this is definitely a great career opportunity. Inside scoop from my time there. Employees: like all jobs I suppose. Some took great pride in the job and took pains to be careful with the condition product arrived to your door in. Genuinely impressive Some would physically throw it into the truck before heading out for delivery. Absolutely zero regard given to warning stickers, tape or labels. Also genuinely impressive =\ Site Management: As fair and understanding as could be expected while still caring about statistics. Health and safety minded. Professional. Went out of their way to attempt to assist myself and other drivers. No complaints while employed. After my termination: I personally found management surprisingly vindictive after the fact. Good chance they just didn't like me. *Shrug*
