Very rude, made me go to a dealership after waiting three hours to verify my vehicle was worth what I put on the paper. Dealership laughed that they made me do that, went back during hours and was told they wouldn't see me and made me come back the next day. It's a shame to see them wasting my tax dollars and my time.

A duplicate title is $5, unless there is a lienholder still on record then the fee is $10. If it's a new purchase the tax is 5% of the sale, $5 for the title + license fees (which depends on the vehicle). Add an additional $1.50 if the title being transferred is from out of state.

As long as your total loss statement is not over 3 years old from the date payment was received.
