The folks at the Excelsior Springs branch were extremely helpful. A Lady by the name of Debbie Mapes did an exceptional job working with us. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was right.

They won’t help me on anything , hanged up on me to avoid to talk to me ( I’m a customer), I called back been told everyone is busy will call me back but never called me back. They will rob you if you have an account here !

Since Junteenth (June 19) is a federal holiday that fell on Sunday, banks "observe" the holiday today. I call them bank holidays instead of federal because the most uniform thing about all of them is that banks are closed. Hope this helps!

Its frustrating when trying to talk to someone about issues with bank card cuz of "status of the card" preventing my request to speak to someone. Theres money in the account but the card is being declined for some reason. What do I do?
