I will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again. Besides the fact that they are incapable of making food correctly, the older heavyset lady started throwing things at me because I complained they didn't make the food right. She told me "If you don't like how we make our food then don't come back." She slammed the window so hard the doors bowed. I have NEVER been treated the way this horrible woman treated me. Who throws stuff at people. I was outside the door, but that's not the point... It was clearly thrown at me. This woman needs to be fired. This happened to me in August and I'm still fuming so hard I finally came in and wrote a review. I called and complained to Taco Bell corporate and someone was supposed to call me back but no one ever did. Taco Bell as a whole should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. I'll be filing a formal complaint with the BBB also.

I understand if you’ve had a long day and other customers are rude but the woman who took my order was just disrespectful, I asked my sister if she wanted something and the woman taking my order huffed like we were wasting her time when it took five seconds, most of our food wasn’t very good and they forgot one of our quesadillas i was vv disappointed i was so excited for taco bell

Went for a late snack and spent more than I would have at a sit down restaurant. The outside lights were not on even tho they were open and not close to closing either. Got home, which is only 5 minutes away, with soggy tacos. Not good at all.

What's the point of having a sign saying that the dine in is open when the doors are locked? I'm so sick of y'all just not caring about your customers at all.
