The Pizza was just "ok"...not as good as most Pizza Hut I've had in my lifetime. Slightly overcooked and the stuffed crust I indulge in maybe once a year was disappointingly tough and flavorless. But what I have to mention is the overall appearance of the store was downright dirty and unappetizing. For this reason, i really regret going inside. Someone was inappropriately parked in the curbside pick-up spot for over 20 mins while the store was empty of customers, which may have been intentional by staff because they were "short-staffed." This was also the reason given for the chairs being up on tables in the dining room before 7pm. It is so sad that restaurants can no longer find quality workers and resort to lowering their standards to filth to keep their doors open. I will NOT be back.

I was informed after I had paid online and arrived for my order that they were out of dough and my pizza was not made, nor would be made. I felt I could have been told before my scheduled pick up. Not after I drove out there.

I never got the blasted pizzas that I ordered for 3 families with kids. They were all borderline crying while my husband was on hold to figure out why the place was locked up when he got there since delivery isnt an option anymore. You took our order online, and google says you're open. How messed up that you want us to order onlike and then screw us over?? I'm not happy at all. Loads of crabby kids, and I ended up making pizza for all of them when I have other things to do. What a joke. Figure it out guys. Also, the payment still went through! I paid for a headache apparently, because I can't get a hold of anyone. All my friend switched to different pizza places and I have been close to switching 3 times already. This is the 4th. I'm done wasting my time
