Nice facility good carts to use for bigger items when taking things in. However all three of the days we have been putting items in the Storage units the premise where not secure the back gate was wide open for anyone to come in. Which there random people coming in out waiting by the doors for someone to let them . What’s the point of have a code and gate of the back gates wide open

We had a unit here for a number of years as it was the best location and price when we were looking for units. Brandon was the best to work with — really went above and beyond with helping us set up the account, any time we had questions or billing issues, any time I lost or forgot my key cutting the lock so I could put on a new one, and made the move out process seamless. When we had to move to a different Extra Space in another city he even offered to help with researching a unit there. Our things were safe and secure and he provided excellent customer service. Very appreciative of him and all the help he provided us! Thank you!!
