While it is very calm and open, doing my laundry here made some of my clothes worse. Mostly my cloth fabrics. When the washing finished, there were brown messes and stains on my clothes. I figured I could just put them in another wash, maybe my new detergent didnt dissolve properly. Next wash for the messed up clothes: just water, no soap. After a few mins I decided to check on them to see if my theory was working, however, I couldnt even see my clothes beyond the completely dirty water the machine was stirring them in. Mind you, these are small tank tops and maybe 2 tshirts that were not stained, but had just been slept in a few times and needed the casual wash.. now they are stained from dirty water..

I've been here twice and the large machines can do king-size comforters (cost is roughly $9.35 per load). Some of the machines need to be maintained better as one of them had the bleach compartment filled with detergent and couldn't be used. The dryers are a large capacity and cost about .25 for 5 mins. Some of the machines take credit cards (cc) which is a bonus, but some cc machines have the screen broken and you can't read them. There's some sketchy clientele that patron this place asking for cigarettes or spare change, or don't care to take care of the machines, but all in all, it's decent because it's close.

The place is nice and clean. I love the design of the seating and the adequate amount of washer and dryers available. However, the dryers do not function. The washers work fine but the dryer will leave your clothes damp no matter how long you set the time or temperature. You have to keep swiping your card to add additional minutes and when the machine doesn’t function, you are just giving them that money for nothing. The staff refers you to call some phone number and place a complaint with them to receive a refund but staff does not have any control over the process. Of course, no one will respond if you call that number. You can use your dollars and coins there too and they have a machine to turn your dollars into change. Random people walk in off the street and ask for money from people. The staff seems distant and uninterested. I will not be returning.

Literally I brought a month and a half worth of laundry to wash. I just moved here so I was hesitant on a new laundromat. Let me tell you about this place. Employee that was working, super friendly and extremely helpful, the prices for washing is great (I used to live in PA and they are way more there), and the dryers are so freaking cheap!!!! This may be better I am used to paying 20 dollars for one large load but I still think they are great. Clean inside and has places for you to sit. Definitely coming back here!
