BED BUGS!!!! Stayed at Edge of Town Motel in November 2018. Found a few bug bites after the first night and decided to inspect the bed. Didn’t take long to find multiple bed bugs on the box spring. The owner allowed us to switch rooms for the second night but the damage was done. I counted 34 bites on my arms and legs. No refund on the 2 night stay, and I don’t even think he apologized. If your thinking of staying here, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a hotel.

This had been a great place to stay, and it has been run more as a family operation. Great motel owner, and a very friendly host. She goes out of her way to accommodate guests. "But" this is the last visit under her ownership. Sadly to say (for us) she is retiring, and had sold the motel. We met the new owner today, and it seems to be going the way of strictly a business. We'll have to see how the transition goes, and if it will stay so reasonable as before.
