I saw a sign at bed bath and beyond "keys made here" walked in and saw a kiosk. Bummer, i am old school and like contact with a human. Thought to myself get over it and give it a try. I was pleasently surprised, simple to use and the key worked perfectly. Better than the last time when a clerk at a store made one for me which I had to take back when it wouldn't work in the lock.

Used a kiosk inside a store and it was a fast process, simple instructions, keys work perfectly. I didn't even have to take my key off my key ring. You stick in the ridged part of the key and about 2 minutes you have a fresh made copy. Multiple keys can be made as well as car keys and other types of keys. Impressive.
