Bought car. Car broke not even 36 hours later. Car currently at Dodge Dealership. Fixed and 1100.00 dollars later I can pick up my car. The reason I have to pay for it is because I chose to buy the car without warranty. Purchased it as is. Anyway Instant Auto said they would fix it for a little over 700.00. Well I decided to let the Dodge dealership fix the issue with the blower motor and resistor for the air conditioning. I will buy another car from them eventually but the next time it has to come with a warranty

I just bought a 2013 Ford Fusion SE through instant auto and I’m in love with it! The staff were very friendly and made the process very easy. I love that you can make “principle payments” I believe it is called, to shorten the length of time you’re paying the car off and also get rid of some of the interest as well as you can pay future payments in advance to make sure you’re safe if anything came up (although this won’t affect the interest). I will say the interest rate is incredibly high but it works for me since I’m 18 and have no credit so finding a nice, reliable car is really difficult. However when I have a good credit score I’m not sure I would buy from them again. But again making principle payments will bring that down a bit. They also have a 36,000/year warranty that covers many many manyyyy aspects of the car so you don’t have to worry about heavy maintenance for awhile. Overall I really like this company, but again keep in mind the interest and make sure that’s something you are ok with! I believe the APR is 22%. Also the downpayment is all you need to pay when you get there, there’s no hidden fees :)

I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for a document that’s causing me to not be able to register my car. The document is called Secure of power of attorney and because lack of information, my car was towed due to this matter. 2 weeks I’ve been calling for help and my questions haven’t been answered. I’m stuck in Ga because that when my car got towed on our family trip. I have missed work because of this and again no one cares. This is the worst experience ever!!!!
