I have been taking my animal here for about a year and I have had nothing but negative experiences. Seems like if I have one minor issue with my animal it turns into them wanting to do a ton of tests and cost quite a bit of money. My last visit I got charged for something that wasn’t even done for my animal and on top of all of that they sent me home with the wrong medication. The front desk ladies were extremely rude when I called about it. I will never go back to this animal clinic nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

I took a baby kitten to them because the mother couldn't feed it and I had a bottle and tried to feed it but couldn't so I called them to see if they could help and they took the baby in. Atleast now it has a better chance than with me. I haven't called them yet but I will and I will let you know if the baby lived or not.I finally called about the baby, but they wouldn't tell me anything so now i will never know whether the little baby lived or died. I really think that thats a bad thing to do I just want to know thats all.

They quickly responded to our pet's emergency. We were able to walk-in and be seen on a Saturday and they gave our pet exceptional treatment, although we had never been there before. Dr. Libby Martin, has gone above and beyond to work very diligently, to diagnose and treat my dog's emergency health situation. She and the team of doctors seem very concerned with making sure my pet is healthy and able to recover comfortably from her needed surgery. I really appreciate Dr. Martin's respectful approach and patience with my questions, along with talking through all of the options of treatments.
