Thank you for making my roommate miss multiple dr appointments, some of them made months in advance, and also for causing her to cry after being refused a ride for an appointment made months in advance. Good job providing essential services to those with disabilities, you're obviously doing something.

Why even have a time scheduled when the short bus is running 30 minutes late. Oh and how about this. And for God sakes use your head bus driver. If you are a quarter mile away from a destination that has a time requirement, why in Vids name would you drive 11.4 mikes to pickup and drop off another customer when running a half hour late you make a customer late just to go fir a cruise.

Paratransit operates Monday through Saturday 530 am to midnight and Sundays 730 am to 230 pm. CAT operates Monday to Friday 630 am to 7pm depending on route. Saturday from 8am to 7pm.
