They sent my birth certificate to a random person states away from me. Wrong name and address with my birth certificate in package. Sent a new one one day air a week ago and I still haven’t seen it. I didn’t expect much out of a government institution but I never in a million years thought they would just give my birth certificate to someone random. Now some random person, states away from me, has every bit of personal info on me.

No, sorry, I am a temporary employee there. Best that you call the state office of Vital Records and speek with a trained person, to help you. I only know the job I was hired for to help catch them up. Thank yoy.
