Quick and friendly service. No one is allowed inside the building due to covid guards at the entrance

They sent my birth certificate to a random person states away from me. Wrong name and address with my birth certificate in package. Sent a new one one day air a week ago and I still haven’t seen it. I didn’t expect much out of a government institution but I never in a million years thought they would just give my birth certificate to someone random. Now some random person, states away from me, has every bit of personal info on me.

Call the local vital records office in the state you were born in.

Looking for information on William Thornton Montgomery my great, great grandfather for a book I am writing. I planning to visit Fargo in April. Hoping someone can help in my search to find out about my ancestors.
