First time ever there I just went there to meet up with a buddy I hadn't seen in a while wasn't expecting to eat anything and out of nowhere this nice man that worked or maybe I'm guessing volunteered there just kept coming and feeding me food good food I must have looked hungry but I'm not homeless I said i don't need or deserve this I didn't ask for anything it was awesome he didn't care he was just in his own little zone, just happy for no apparent reason. I wonder what that's like I don't remember.

Their website does not say they are closed. Nor does their facebook page. So I would say yes they are going to be open.
Not likely, I would suggest ruth meiers..they always say they are full..but when I talk to residents there...they say that noone ever receives anything if they need it...I'd try a diff help center...spirit of life in mandan would take them
