Pizza Man

By far the most friendliest and helpful McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The guy that placed our order helped us carry our food to the table. He treated us like we were in a sit down restaurant with waiters. I’ve worked in the customer service business all my life, and this McDonald’s knows how to provide a excellent customer service. The food was great as well. Congratulations to this McDonald’s for hitting it out of the park.

Most of the workers here are respectful. Much better than the one in Colonial heights at that. Foods always hot at least for me, hopefully it continues to be that way. I don’t recommend you order at night because people are tired and ready to get off and go home.

Not exactly gourmet… the milkshakes are good when the ice cream machine is working. The food is nothing to brag about. Fast food isn’t fast anymore, the lines wrap around the building. Don’t get me started on the wait times…..

Yes I was really disappointed. Ordered the big Mac meal and apple pie. Big Mac cold..apple pie old...the time on pie said good until 3.17pm..it was 6.00pm..but the real kicker was the little girl at the register..she didn't have a mask on..the corner of her mouth look like she had cotton mouth..it was bad. Threw all the food Away.
