I stopped by for what I thought would be fast food and boy was I wrong! 30 minutes waiting in line at this disturbing location. On top of that when I received my chicken sandwich it was firm from being such a thin patty as if tasting server my overcooked. My nuggets were a sorry waste of $7. On top of that the food isn’t ready, you must pull forward for someone to come deliver your inedible chow. I will never return even if it’s the last place open.

We always give this Wendy’s chance after chance. It’s disgusting every time. The oil hasn’t been changed in what seems to be a month. Sauces are all mixed together and disgusting.

OMG! I purchased through the Wendy's app. I was supposed to receive a buy one chicken sandwich at full price and receive a second for a dollar. I was charged full price! I tried to correct this at the store, they said that that they couldn't refund the amount or make any changes because the purchase was made through the app. Mind you all, I never got my food due to the discrepancy. I merely wanted my money back if I couldn't receive the promotional deal. I had been trying several different ways to contact Wendy's customer service for about 3 weeks, without success. Intermittently I've gotten responses in the past week, but they've been emails or text messages. Wendy's customer service is the absolute poorest I've ever seen for a brand that is as large as they are. Dave Thomas must be ashamed. Even up to this point, I'm STILL waiting for a phone to rectify this issue. Good luck if you take your chances with their app!

Good morning! I hate to write a bad review on a fast food restaurant that recently was renovated but this is really uncalled for. This is the second time I have received a salad from this location that the lettuce was old that it was slimy looking as you can see in the pictures. The person that makes the salads should have alot more sense to see that this is not satisfying the customers and they wouldn't buy it what makes you think the customer will buy it. 😡

I don't work there, so Idk, but you can always call and ask.

I was overcharged for my food by $10. They claimed they didn't include a burger? Pretty sure 3 doesn't sound like 2. No receipt accompanied the meal. I checked prices on line. Even with .11c tax was $9.98 over my order! No way to prove it.

I would call corporate. Theyre suppose to give a receipt. Corporate should issue u a refund. Or call back during the day and ask for a manager and explain the situation.
